When are you open?
We are open on Monday, Thursday, Friday from 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm & Saturday from 11 am - 2 pm.
We are closed on bank holidays.
What is the registration fee?
The registration fee is a one-off payment to become a member of Vibrant Learners. You get included one free assessment. all other assessments are included in your monthly sessions.
After registration, how long do I have before I need to join the monthly contract?
From the date of your registration, you have 10 days to join a monthly membership. Unless you have has prior agreement to make payment after 10 days you will be charged the registration fee again. How often can my child attend?
How often your child attends, depend on your monthly membership. You will be able to find out how many times a week in the course details section.
Do I need to book my child’s sessions?
No! Once you’re a member of Vibrant Learners, you can visit the centre on a drop-in basis. Sessions are designed to be flexible around you and your family routine. You don’t have to visit the centre at set times or on set days each week. As long as the centre is open for sessions your child will be able to attend. The only exception to this is the set times that are reserved for our special courses such as the Eleven Plus or SAT's.
Do I have to attend twice a week?
No. your sessions on your plan are just a guide. Many children only attend Vibrant Learners centre once a week and make excellent progress.
Does Vibrant Learners tuition work alongside what my child is learning at school?
Yes. Vibrant Learners curriculum is aligned with the National Curriculum in England. Our tutors are trained to teach using curriculum approved teaching methods to ensure that the children have consistency with how they learn at school. This means that your child can always take the skills that they have learned at Vibrant Learners back into the classroom.
What feedback will I get about my child’s progress?
We will provide regular comprehensive feedback about how your child is progressing at Vibrant Learners. Every time you collect your child you will be given notes and feedback about how they got on, as well as tutor comments about their session. you can also book meetings to discuss more in-depth feedback about your child’s progress, answer any questions you may have and create a learning pathway for your child to help them reach their individual goals.
What is the ratio of children to tutors?
At Vibrant Learners, we work on a ratio of six to one. This means that one tutor works with a maximum of six children who are all working on their own individual programmes. We feel that this creates a good balance of support for the children whilst encouraging them to work independently to help gain confidence back in the classroom.
Can I come into the centre during my child’s session?
During your child’s session, they will be working with their tutor and also be overseen by the centre manager. In order for your child to fully benefit from the fantastic bonds that can be made here and enjoy the positive centre environment, parents do not stay on site as your presence may serve as a distraction.
Can I do two sessions back to back?
Yes, children who do two hours back to back will be given a short break halfway to refresh their mind before moving on to the next subject.
Can I transfer my membership from one child to another?
In this situation, a new sibling would join at the centre's standard membership price, and you would need to pay the registration fee. However, we will be happy for you to keep any referral discounts you have and will transfer these to the sibling so that you can maintain your saving.
Do I always need to drop my child off at the centre in person?
Yes please. Unless you have a prior agreement with us and we know that your child will come in alone. This is for the safety of your child, as Vibrant Learners cannot be responsible for your child before or after signing in/out.
My child has SEN – can they benefit from coming to Vibrant Learners?
Yes. At Vibrant Learners, we get to know all of our members as individuals. This means that we are able to tailor our curriculum and environment in order to enable each child to reach their potential. At your initial consultation, we will discuss your child’s unique needs with you in detail, and create a course tailored to them.
My child is gifted - can they benefit from coming to Vibrant Learners?
Yes! Many gifted children benefit from attending Vibrant Learners. We tailor our courses to each child’s individual requirements. We design the course around the child’s academic ability rather than their age, allowing gifted children to work at their own pace. At your initial consultation, you will be able to discuss in more detail your child’s personal goals and requirements.
My child is 4 years old - can they attend?
We do accept 4-year-olds at Vibrant Learners on a case by case basis. If your child is still 4 years old but has started in Reception/P1, please call your local centre to discuss his or her individual needs with a tutor. They will then be able to arrange a free trial session where our tutors can assess their ability levels.
What happens when my child is ill, or we go away on holiday?
If your child is sick, or you are planning to go on holiday, please let us know as soon as you are aware. If your child misses any sessions we will accommodate them during the school holidays or any other day of the week, providing you are still a member of Vibrant Learners.
What happens if I am late on my monthly payment?
if you are more than seven days late on payment without a prior agreement you will be charged a late charge fee of £10, If you are late by 20 days you will be charged a late payment fee of £20. Should you have any problems please call us on 07983 534036 or email us on email@example.com.
Can I pause my membership without cancelling?
If you are planning to be absent from Vibrant Learners for a month or more you have the option of ‘freezing’ your membership. Freezing costs £15 per calendar month and put your child’s work on hold, storing their progress. This will also allow you to retain any discounts you have accrued in the form of referral discounts. To freeze you must inform us in writing and make payment on or before the 23rd of the month. This will allow you to freeze the following month.
How do I cancel my membership?
Initially, speak to the centre manager to discuss your membership and the progress they have made. Should you wish to cancel your membership, we require written notice on or before the 23rd of the month. This will cancel from the 1st of the following month. If we have not received written notice you will be liable to pay the following months fees.
HOLIDAY CLUB FAQ'S
What does my child need to bring on the day?
Vibrant Learners do not provide food at our holiday clubs. A healthy and nutritious packed lunch is required.
Please also bear in mind that refrigeration is not available in our settings.
Packed lunch recommendation: non-fizzy drinks, fresh and non-processed food such as fruit, vegetables, wholemeal bread and biscuits, raisins, natural yoghurts, crackers as well as ice packs, frozen gel or frozen juice drinks.
Drinking water is always available.
We recommend packing according to our unpredictable English weather. On any given day this should include sun cream, sun hat, waterproofs and warmer clothing.
We would also suggest clothes that you don’t mind getting messy due to our outdoor play philosophy and art & craft activities.
Please ensure all items brought to Vibrant Learners Holiday Club are clearly labelled. Please ensure children do not bring any valuable toys or belongings with them as Vibrant Learners cannot be held responsible if they go missing.
How does drop off and collection work?
Holiday Club drop off is at 10 am and collection at 1 pm. Please note Holiday closes promptly at 1 pm; there is a charge of £3 per 15 minutes for collections made after the advertised session end time.
The standard day runs from 10 am till 1 pm. Registrations will open at 10 am for this session and we encourage registering no later than 10:15 am.
We operate a secure drop off and collection system. A parent/guardian must sign all children in/out each day.
If there are any changes to your contact details since last attending a holiday club or any medical updates, please ensure this is communicated to head office.
Can my child be in the same group as a friend, brother or sister if they are different ages?
Vibrant Learners Holiday Clubs have activities suitable for all ages and we are able to accommodate mixed age groups for most activities. Therefore if your child would like to be grouped with friends or family they can choose to do so.
What happens if someone else needs to pick up my child?
Only the people listed in the child’s collector field on our booking system can pick up your child. If someone who is not listed on your child’s collection field and is due to collect your child, you need to call us on 07983 534036. They will also need to bring photo ID. Any person collecting your child must be over 16 years of age.
My child is going to be absent or I need to cancel a session, what should I do?
You can cancel by calling 07983 534036 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel with more than 2 weeks’ notice, then you receive full credit on your account. If you cancel with less than 2 weeks notice, then you receive 50% credit on your account.
Vibrant Learners do not offer cash refunds for any booking cancellations:
We are, however, able to swap Holiday Session days to alternative dates within the same holiday period. As long as we have 7 days’ notice.
What if my child requires medication whilst at the club?
Any child requiring medication, including inhalers, cannot attend until we have our own supply of the medication. Vibrant Learners can only administer prescribed medication. Please ensure you hand any medication required to the Club Manager with Permission to Administer Medicine form. Vibrant Learners Head Office can email this form to you prior to your child attending. If your child requires regular medication, we recommend that you supply the Club with extra medication which can be stored to avoid regular transfer. Please do not forget to collect any medication from us at the end of the holiday.
Is there a booking deadline for Holiday Club sessions?
Subject to availability and sufficient staffing levels, Vibrant Learners can take bookings right up until the club is due to start as long as you have registered. All children must be booked with their place confirmed by the system before attending. If your child attends the club without a prior booking, we may have to turn them away depending on the availability of places for that day.

Do I have to book the whole week/month/term?
The system is very flexible and (subject to availability) you can book for individual sessions or for the whole of the Holiday period.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you are wanting to cancel with 14 days’ notice then you are able to cancel this by calling us 07983 534036 or email us on and you will receive a credit. However, if you are wanting to cancel with less notice we will not be able to give you full credit for the sessions.
